What happens after you submit?

Here's what you can expect once we receive your complaint:

  • Within 24 hours — We'll acknowledge your complaint and confirm receipt

  • Within 5 working days — A member of our team will be in touch with an update or proposed resolution

  • Within 14 working days — If further investigation is needed, you'll receive a full written response
