By securing a 7-year lease with a reputable supported living provider in February 2025, we ensure long-term stability while balancing strong financial returns with meaningful social impact.

Our Story
Abacus Property Group (APG) was founded in the summer of 2019 after several precursory months of pure heavy research on real estate investment.
The world of property is extremely vast and complex, with various strategies and operations employed by investors in the industry.
The strategy that we settled on and continue to operate is a “Buy, Refurbish, Refinance” strategy which means that our invested funds is always maximised due to the model of recycling at the end of each project.
We started the acquisition of assets on the smaller end (e.g. 2-bed terraced houses), initially purchasing property of lower value before eventually going on to acquire and develop larger developments.
To the current day, APG is an enterprise that acquires and holds investment assets, as well as offer property services to the professional landlord community.
